Being resilient and bouncing back like Tigger, the tiger in Winnie the Pooh, is how we can navigate change and stress, allowing us to put ourselves back on a track where we don’t get bogged down for long periods of time being worried, angry, or upset
You may be concerned about what is going on in your state, country, or even right where you live. You may be concerned about something in your personal world. It could be your health or a close friend or relative’s health challenge that is causing concern, worry, and stress. Or you may be navigating a relationship or concerned about your livelihood, your job, or finances.
We each face personal challenges while navigating an ever-evolving global landscape.
In a world of constant change in our personal lives and in the outer world, what do you do to regain your balance and feel a sense of peace? How resilient are you?
A part of being resilient is feeling your feelings, being okay with those feelings, and then letting them go. Easier said than done, I know. But just as important is being able to hear your own guidance on how to navigate what is going on in the outside world or how to navigate in your own world.
“Tigger the energetic, bouncy tiger from Winner the Pooh, reminds us to embrace our uniqueness and share joy through positivity and laughter. (Of course, no one is cheerful and energetic all the time, only Tigger, of course.) That’s not easy when you are stressed worried or upset. However, that is an important key to resilience.
There are powerful keys to being resilient.
One way to learn how resilient you are is to take this resiliency quiz.
If you have a high score and are resilient, that is awesome. However, everyone has times when life brings them challenges and it’s not easy to bounce back. Especially if you’re an empath or highly sensitive. It’s not always an easy task feeling both your own feelings, others, and even the collective anxiety and fear in the world.
If you’re curious about simple strategies and ideas to support you in those moments I invite you to listen You Have the:
Keys to the Art and Power of Resilience Podcast.

you want to take it a step further and get more ideas and tips, I invite you to eavesdrop on a heartfelt conversation – Women’s Chat with a Purpose – a conversation shared over lunch where you will learn about the keys to being resilient in times of challenge and ways to find your sense of peace again.
Whether you take the test or listen to the chat, I encourage you to ponder what supports you in feeling resilient and how you can find that sense of peace again, knowing all is well.
Bouncing back,
Bonnie
P.S. This came from Souly Sister and I thought the questions below all lead to being more resilient as you care and honor yourself.
“This Mother’s Day, as you buy flowers, gifts or send cards, take a few moments to connect with your own Divine Feminine essence.

Ask yourself:
- Where am I being called to soften and receive?
- How can I honor my inner wisdom and emotional truth?
- In what ways can I nurture as lovingly as I nurture others?”
P.P.S. Give yourself the gift this Mother’s Day of Women’s Chat with a Purpose the Art and Power of Resilience.
