The New Year not only brings in a wonderfully heightened energy but also the powerful light of change and new possibilities. In Chinese Astrology, 2015 is the year of the goat/sheep – the energy being gentle and taking care of self, partnered with prosperity and good fortune. Therefore, I wanted to give you plenty of time to think about Trusting Your Dreams into Reality for 2015: Radiating Your Light.

Many of us started the process of Trusting Our Dreams into Reality last year. It was the year of the horse; this energy was all about being firmly planted on the ground, being focused and paying attention to what we were doing. You might have been nudged gently (or not) if you went off track, tried to push, force things or wore yourself out. However, you might also have been bombarded by those patterns left behind that needed to surface, giving you an opportunity to release, transform and move into trust as you reached heights within. Undoubtedly, you didn’t know you had those old patterns still, and saw this reflected in the outside world. Yes, we were challenged — but the pace of transformation and clarity approached lightning speed! And, you might also have been surprised by the magic that occurred in 2014.

 Last year had us all preparing for stepping up, seeding our hearts’ dreams and tapping into our inspiration and gifts to bloom more fully in 2015. This year’s energy is not just for this year but for living our lives. The energy of 2015 begins with deep self-nurturing, feeling into our hearts for inspiration and joy, and then moving into trust as we move into Being, the light within radiating out our intentions into manifestation.

As many of you know, I believe “to resolve” is just using the head and not really incorporating the energy of intention or heart’s desires, so New Year’s resolutions dissolve in days or a few weeks.

As you read this — and if you download the audio Trusting Your Dreams into Reality 2015: Radiating Your Light — remember the essences of how you want to BE are important for your intentions. Those who were in last year’s Trusting Your Dreams into Reality used a domino octahedron with essences they wanted to emanate — such as joy, ease, fun, acceptance, confidence, surrender, gratitude and trust – as reminders or for when they needed to shift their energy.

Choose one main intention of how you want to BE this year. You can add more practical intentions also.  hat essences do you want to embody this year as you radiate your light into the world?

Some Questions to Ponder:

• Look back carefully on last year. Was your heart guiding you?
• Do you want to expand on your 2014 dreams or is there a natural evolution from last year? Or is your heart calling for something totally new?
• How do you want Be?
• What is your heart’s desire as you radiate your light into the world?
• Where would you like to expand? What areas would you like to delve into more deeply?
• What dreams are you trusting into reality this year?
• What is filling your heart with joy? How are you inspired to be and share? What nurtures your heart and Soul? What can you contribute by being you?
• How can you shine your light and step up in a way that you are supported in every area of your life?
