We all have preferences to what music we really like. And, as we change, that also can change over time, or not.
You may like music that has a strong beat. Music that has the lower deep notes as in drumming circles. Or you may enjoy a lighter sound or something with more melody.
None of us would argue that a certain kind of music is better than another. We may have a preference to what we enjoy. But there is no right or wrong, really no good type or bad music. It is up to listener.
What if we experience our life in the same way we experience music? Suppose our life’s journey, the ups and downs, creates the “music” of who we are? Could this perspective help us to recognize that the good and difficult are all part of our personal flow of life?
Here is a short 4-minute clip of my podcast interview with Amy Camie, Love the Music of You. I invite you to listen to the full interview. Amy shares so many gold nuggets.
Being the music,
