Have you felt the profound shifts? Are things shaking up for you?
Have you been at a crossroads of what to do? Or lost your passion for what you had been doing?
However, do you sense something new is being birthed?
It’s Spring!
Spring is about renewal and rebirth. This year it appears to be rebirth on many levels, and more profound and deeper than usual.
Some of my clients, both individually and in groups, as well as various friends, have all talked about being in a place where what’s next isn’t clear. Yet it’s tough, in some instances, to let go of the old.
And if they’ve started something new, there’s still a “refining”. The path to finding their way into the new and letting go of what isn’t in resonance with the new way of being or venture isn’t always easy.
We knew 2019 was a year of change…not the same old same old.
Sudden Shifts! Trust Your Instincts!
Most situations are taking us deep within. To trust and open ourselves for what is new – even when it doesn’t seem comfortable or right.
Thank goodness I paid attention to my intuition and trusted my feelings as information started to come forth about a two-week trip my husband and I had planned. Nothing was big and glaring, but things started not to line up and “fell apart” in a way that made us rethink the trip.
Four days before we were to leave, my husband and I agreed to reschedule the trip. When my husband suggested we cancel I knew it was one of the signs that we had made the best decision for ourselves in that moment. Yes, there was disappointment and a bit of sadness, but a higher plan seems to be unfolding.
How Do We Move into the New?
Although I was tired from the previous week, I wasn’t sick the day we decided to cancel the trip. Soon after, a combination of lack of sleep, pushing my own limits and boundaries, and things shifting found me exhausted, with the beginning of laryngitis, and then with a deep chest cough.
Getting this deep chest cough was quite unusual for me. Typically, if I get a cold it’s more of head/sinus congestion.
This was different. Feeling tired and coughing forced to me to be still. Lying in bed in the quiet I asked what I needed to know.
As emotions and feelings came up, I processed them (using the tools I had). I realized I was holding on to fear about some things in my life that I had no control over. But I also felt a deep, deep grief that was in my cells, my DNA. This grief was definitely not all from this life but something deep in my core.
It’s Time to Step Up!
The message I kept hearing is “It’s time to step up.” For me that message was a connection to Divine Will and my Soul’s unfolding. How could it not be as I had gotten this message from many directions. The next part of the message in the quiet was, “You’ve got this.”
Divine Will is listening to the call for me, and if you’re reading this, you, to step up, trust, and come home and BE ourselves. It is not just surrendering, but rather, partnering – with ourselves (ego self–in the way Matt Kahn refers to it-https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R6DS_rkwIMc ) and our Divine Self, our Soul’s unfolding.
To reprogram our DNA, hearts, and minds, and Be who only you can be. Share your gifts with inner and outer confidence not fearful of what others think.
We came here with a mission that continues to be revealed, to support the change on the planet now. It doesn’t matter “what” your business or “job” is. What matters is how you shine your light. As a sensitive soul it’s respect and honor for yourself and for others.
“May might be for magnetics, but not in the typical sense in that we are gaining greater access to our Source Self which will result in greater level attractions that are relative to that (greater) level Self.”~ Lauren Gorgo thinkwithyourheart.love
For me, Lauren is saying that we are attracting and moving into what is our unique Soul’s Unfolding and the greater divine plan of abundance waiting for us.
Create Community
As sensitive Souls it’s vital to be in a supportive community. Clearly, right now, we are at a different junction in the world and individually. I know I have written a lot about being a community. While on this fast-paced track of evolving, connecting to our divine blueprint, and being who we came to be at this time on the planet, traveling alone can be very unsettling and isolating. You can’t see what you can’t see.
Being in community is where you learn to navigate coming home to yourself, having your gifts reflected, or uncovering your blind spots. Community is where you find support to trust your intuition for your next step and to understand your own personal divine trajectory and Soul Blueprint.
Allow Divine Will in to take your hand and guide you along the way,.

P.S.Consider purchasing a Sparkle Your Light Card Deck, I will partner with you for an individual session to support you in connecting to your own intuition. Feel empowered as we partner together using the cards for a question, inspiration or next steps you might have. Link to cards.
P.P.S. To support everyone, I would love to invite you, my community, those of you who have been with me a long time and those who are new, to join together “in community” by sharing your favorite ways and people who you feel supported and inspire you on your journey. Those people who walk the talk and embody the message, may understand Sensitive Souls and encourage you to be your best most trusted self. Some may understand there is a divine or bigger plan or focus on the importance of letting go of beliefs that don’t serve us.I would love a “conversation”. I invite you to post below either book titles, websites or individuals names or groups that have made a difference for you as well as a few words about what you are sharing.
Feel into the suggestions. Come back again and check and you may find something else calls to you. What you share may be the perfect solution for someone reading the blog. Please check back often to see what is posted.
I will start with a few ( I have more but want you to share) of my favorites, which are not in order.
Elyse Killoran: Current free offerings- https://courses.trueselfalchemy.com/collaborative-reclamation-in Elyse and I met and connected years ago when I took a course she offered called the Prosperity Partnership Program (PPP). This was a life changer for me. I have a deep respect for how Elyse has continued to evolve herself and her business.
Max Wellspring: I met Max through the PPP and Elyse. Max always seems to me to be so wise. Of course, It makes sense when I can’t tap into what I know is inside I schedule an Akashic Record Reading with her. http://trustyourlife.com/akashic-record-readings/ They are healing, validating, informing, inspiring and for me very impactful.
Amy Camie: I “found” Amy in a lingerie store which is now closed years ago. I picked up a CD of hers. She was gracious enough to answer an email I wrote to her. Her spiritual harp music is deeply healing as research has documented. I have listened to Magic Mirror for years and never grow tired of it or not feel a sense of calm return. https://www.amycamie.com/welcome.html
Julie Umpleby I found Julie when I couldn’t understand what I was seeing and journaling about when the Diamond Frequency first showed up. Julie has a unique gift of blending science, with spirituality and no nonsense way of sharing, as well as being gifted in energy re-alignment. Julie and the Diamond Light Community have so supported and enriched my life. The monthly webinars keep me expanding. Check out https://www.diamondlightworld.net/ If you resonate (you don’t have to understand it all) you’ll feel like you are home in this community.
I heard Maya on a telesummit and was delighted with her clarity, talk about the feminine and Lemuria. I had a session and personal gong sound bath she created for m. The gong sound bath seems to bring me home inside and center me. https://www.mayagongs.com/
Lynne McTaggart’s book The Power of 8 has led me (and others) to find the power of ourselves, of intention and to see our own and others gifts as we journey into wholeness around our intentions.
Leslie Temple Thurston'”s Marriage of the Spirit and polarity balancing has supported me in moving many a pattern and pain.

I have many more but would like you to share your favorites and I will jump in again if some of my other favorites aren’t mentioned.
Bonnie
thank you Bonnie for sharing so many great resources for us to explore and thank you for bringing us all together !! I am grateful.
The most important resource that has really helped me during this time of transition and transformation- is Dr Joe Dispenza – and his book- “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” and then I also signed up for his online course. It has really made an incredible impact in my life!! Understanding the self limiting and destructive emotions and thoughts that has had such a hold on my life. His meditations and the explanation of what happens when you are breaking away from the body and the environment around you.
Bevan
Thank you so much for sharing Bevan. I really like Dr. Joe Dispenza. My husband was very impressed with his book/audo The Placebo Effect. He talked about it for months. He makes a lot of sense. I’m excited he has come out with more! Bon pie
What a good idea to share resources and areas where we receive valuable insights. There are a number of individuals who have inspired my journey and my work in so many different ways, so here is my contribution :
1. Bruce Lipton : his valuable insights into the interface between our biology and consciousness is amazing. Whatever he presents is done with such enthusiasm, integrity and his tenacity in the face of professional put downs is a true inspiration! Key book is ‘The Biology of Belief’ & website ; https://www.brucelipton.com/
2. Lynne McTaggart : her impartial research opened the doors to allow so called ‘fringe scientists’ to present some of their incredible work in the areas of physics, quantum physics and consciousness. You may have guessed that I am a scientist, so I do love real science that is building bridges between the so-called spiritual realms and the physical world.
3. Bonnie Snyder : as a highly intuitive and sensitive empath, Bonnie has over the years supported me in maintaining balanced perspectives and energy flow between left-right brain, brain-heart, knowledge-knowing (different things!), as well as logic – artistry and beauty. She brings an innate beauty and gentleness to all that she does and offers all up with a truly open heart. A true soul sister!
4. I have so many supporters in the Diamond Light Community who have, over the years, supported me immensely in keeping my work going. Almost too many to mention, I offer Yazmine Rooney, Ann Menzies Blythe, Liz Gilmour, Jacqui Keaveny (https://www.globalsouljewellery.co.uk/), Ann Segger, Maxine Durham, Paula Ruffy, Penni du Plessis, Linda du Plessis, Gail Spencer, Paula McCormack……..and lots more! My heart is grateful for you all.
Jan, What a great list! I know how much you have used these tools to be the person and contribution you are! What a heritage you have. I love the favorites from everyone! I love learning about more amazing people. And thank you for your very kind words. We each have gifts to share in this world.
Wow Julie, you have picked a few of my favorites. I saw Bruce Lipton and Greg Braden live years ago. Bruce changed the way I understood how our DNA works. I think he has done ground breaking work. Of course Lynne McTaggart I mentioned my favorite with the Power of 8. The group I started is still going strong at the year mark. Thank you for your thoughtful words and for highlighting the amazing women in our Diamond Light Community. You also have an astrologer that seems relevant each month can you put his contact info here. Bonnie
Thank you, Bonnie, for sharing such wonderful ideas in this blog. I’m going to start my list by naming YOU as someone who has supported and inspired me. Your generous and kind heart are always available to me and others you care about. I learned so much from you about life and mindfulness as we wrote our eBook: http://www.amazon.com/Blueprint-Resilient-Heart-Thoughtful-Mindfulness-Implement-ebook/dp/B07KB7DFTV.
My dear late uncle, David Segers, through his teachings and love gave me a gift that saved my life 30 years ago when I was diagnosed with inflammatory breast cancer. I am proud to share his gift with others through my hypnosis and mindfulness practice. His widow, Aunt Joyce Segers, author of “Secrets of the Other Sex: A Mystical Memoir Part 1,” [www.amazon.ca/Secrets-Other-Sex-Mystical-Memoir-ebook/dp/B07K1Y878J ] has become like a sister and continues to inspire me with her own wisdom along with that which she gained from Uncle David.
Since I left the field of education and became a hypnotist 12 years ago, many wonderful people have supported and inspired me as I built my community and discovered the art of creating positive change. Instead of trying to list all the individuals and possibly leave someone out, this is my message of gratitude for all of them. <3
Transformation Coach, Hypnotist, and dear friend, Susan Watson, introduced me to Les Fehmi, PhD, author of "The Open-Focus Brain: Harnessing the Power of Attention to Heal Mind and Body." His ideas about how and on what we focus gave me needed insights and tools to work on myself and to help my clients. I highly recommend this book to everyone!!! You can learn more about Susan at www.http://affiliatedhypnosis.com/
I mentioned this book to a friend so thought I would add it to our sharing. I mentioned Havening and there are videos but this is a great book by Harry Pickens
