The last few months have been like Mad Hatter’s Wild Ride. Or living in Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland – down the rabbit hole and out again. We’ve had power moons, eclipses and now, Mercury in Retrograde – giving us time to go inside as it affects our moods, forcing us to release, shift, and follow the energy of what’s next.

The energy of 2019 brings us a year of change and unexpected surprises. We are being plummeted into this new energy. The energy, light, and your inner desire to contribute and be YOU – without apology – is literallypeeling away the layers and old stories not for a new chapter, but for a new adventure, a new storyline, a new you.

There is a global shift moving out of the patriarchal competitive doing mode and basing the truth on what it looks on the outside. We are shifting into the emergence of an empowered feminine energy that goes inward first and trusts the Divine, Source, Universe, God. As we shift into an empowered feminine energy, we interconnect with our masculine energy with more harmony and peace.

If you’re a sensitive soul you have the gift of being able to move into the feminine space inside and listen for guidance on how to move more fully into your “BEingness”, your Soul Blueprint. However, as a sensitive, as the old skin is shed, your new found skin may be very delicate. I know I’ve had to remind myself, and my clients, to remember to “handle oneself with care” with the salve of self-compassion.

The entire purpose of remembering your divine self, and why you came here, is in preparation to support a new way of being in the world. Or as is often said, to create “heaven on earth”.

This starts within each of us. There have been challenges. Some small, some big. If you didn’t have a huge challenge yourself, perhaps those around you have or do.

These challenges are causing us to look at relationships with ourselves and others in a new way. These energy and situations are calling us to completely let go of our old habitual reactions from this lifetime or what may be programmed in our DNA or from past lives.

If you’re open and ready, it’s time for a cosmic “reboot” as a dear friend and colleague of mine says. For those who are totally unaware we are on an unfolding journey of being our divine, radiant, true diamond selves there is fear, uncertainty and anxiety. Those feelings are familiar to even those of us aware of the journey to our true selves.

In groups I belong to or facilitate, I have found uncovering of blind spots and holding positive intentions for each other has created a rich tapestry of different outcomes, more grace, and truly revealed the miracles available to us.

When we trust our intuition as we move into the realm of new unlimited possibilities, we move away from the outer world that seems so unstable.

The importance of connecting with our divine, inner, Soul-driven leader, and being in community with others, continues to strike a deep chord within me.
