Where is everyone going? Is there a secret or something that would be good to know? As you watch friends, family, or famous personalities leave the planet, does it make you wonder, probably not for the first time, “Why are we here?”.
Several times I have had glimpses of the peace and joy that may be just on the other side as we slip out of our earthly limited physical bodies. So is there a celebration when we transition into other realms? What is that all about?
And what would you do differently if you knew there was magnificence beyond our imagination on the other side…a party waiting to celebrate the spirit that you are?
With that thought in mind…
Is it really important that you achieve those much-desired goals during your time here? Is it really important that you meet the arbitrary deadlines you create for yourself? Is it worth the struggle?
Is it beneficial to experience over the top emotional upset? To get overwhelmed to the point of total frustration or breakdown over the bumps that are part of life here on the earth?
Or is it better to just to accept the feelings in the moment and know it is just the small stuff.
Is it more important that you shine with the brightness of who you are? Is it important to understand you are a complex mixture of genetics, experiences, beliefs, inherent wiring and the gifts and unconscious memories from other lives?
Is it important to come to an understanding deep within that not being perfect is part of the game of life on the planet earth? Is it important to know what is buried beneath the surface of your daringness?
Is it important to know that loving yourself is not only important but vital to your wellbeing and to being the beautiful ray of light you came here to be right now?
A very good friend sent me “The Other Serenity Prayer”
I suspect the celebration isn’t for what you have done or what you have accomplished, but just for the light you are being unabashedly you. Perfectly imperfect but radiant in being you.
Remember life is precious and in the grand scheme of things you only have a short time here.
How in the midst of everything do you remember you are a precious radiant light in a human body, a very special part of what makes the world a better place?
How do you keep life precious for yourself?
How can you experience more joy, fun, time, peace, and beauty, yet continue to release self-imposed limitations? How can you live with more magic and joy?
Try this-Find a quiet space. Or do this before you go to bed. Take a few deep breaths and let your body relax. Imagine yourself outside your physical, earthly body where there is no pain or suffering. No ego setting limits of what you can or can’t do. Imagine there are unlimited possibilities.
What do other realms have to offer you? What is it like out in the galaxy? What would you like to bring back to your earthly life that would make your life different now? Easier? Less stressful?
Shift your focus. What gifts have you “forgotten” that you would like to remember?
- For example, would you bring back joy?
- Or maybe a deeper realization of your magnificence?
- Timelessness?
- A new relationship with peace?
- Being less reactive to others?
- What else?
Write your thoughts down when you are done or keep your journal by your bed to record your dreams. Create an affirmation reminder to anchor this new awareness in your life.
Think beyond the ordinary. Remember you are love. You are light. This life is just part of your journey – and there is a party waiting to celebrate the magnificence of who you are!
We would love for you to post what you brought back. We always love to hear your insights and the miracles that show up. Please let me know about your experiences. To your radiant light and remembering the gift you are to the world.
