The gifts of the feminine have been made fun of, ridiculed, and not thought to be important in the past. This is even more devastating for those who have high sensory intelligence (HSP). There is an emerging understanding that these gifts are needed now for our communities, business, and the outside world to change.
For me, feminine energy is trusting the unknown, the void. Feminine energy is holistic. It is looking at the whole picture – soft, and heart centered. It is also:
- empathic
- nurturing
- calm
- peaceful
- creative
- communicates
- kind
- compassionate
The most powerful of feminine energy is the ability to trust the gift of intuition.
The healthy feminine supports you in being inspired from within and then taking inspired action for yourself in your outer life. Using the gifts of sensitivity and your body as a divining rod of wisdom for inspiration and guidance, you are activating a powerful tool to navigate your wellbeing and the outside world. Despite what anyone else thinks!
This doesn’t mean you don’t use the gifts of the masculine. It’s a partnership between both.
To move forward and feel comfortable in your skin it’s important to break up with old stories and unhealthy habits or fears. Trust your intuition for what needs to shift.
