What is important for you right now? We’re well aware we’re in the midst of a massive change that has never occurred before.

There’s so much to “choose” from right now. The question is what are you choosing?

Is it the multitude of statistics on top of statistics detailing what is happening right now? The focus of the news? The many reasons why this occurred?  Or the many different perceptions of truth, how to proceed, or what will unfold or happen to us and our world as time goes on?

Where does change or the shift begin? Is it with the President, your governor, or your mayor? Or is it inside each of us?

Of course, all changes start within us!

What is happening in the outside world is giving everyone “a global pause”, an opening to what wants to shift inside of us and in our world. It starts with each of us. We are a point of light, a Godspark, a connection, and beingness of Source (God, Divine) shining our essence – our diamond radiance. (personal power)

However, the emotions that have risen and continue to linger – fear, anxiety, and anger -or low-frequency emotions including sadness and loneliness – constrict our light.

I suspect (and especially if you are a Sensitive Soul) you have experienced these feelings and the heaviness of the collective. It’s important not to dismiss these feelings, stuff them down, ignore, or worry about them.

In acknowledging your emotion, you have the power to feel into what’s beneath the fear, anxiety, and sadness or whatever you are experiencing.  Feel into the feelings.Just close your eyes and let what needs to come up, come up.

Allow yourself to feel the feelings. Then when you are ready, focus on sending yourself compassion and love.

Send love and compassion to that which is difficult inside and out. Do not accept behaviors that are harmful or inappropriate.

When we focus on compassion and love it allows us to release what is being held in place and lets new perspectives and possibilities arise. It keeps your light shining brightly. When that focus is then turned to outward your intentional energy of love and compassion moves out into the world.

Each of us is a point of light that radiates a frequency out into the world. Heart Math says we send out a frequency (HeartMath.org) into our environment and as we “pulse” the higher frequencies of “peace, love, and compassion (and forgiveness) for ourselves and others it moves out into the world and “chaotic energy becomes coherent”.

To pulse those high-frequency states, quieting your mind and being still is vital. Finding time to be quiet even for 10 minutes makes a big difference.

We don’t know how this is going to unfold. Be still and take time to “listen”. Feel into what is unfolding for you. Breathe and feel into it. Feel a sense of gratitude. Focus on what you be can grateful for today. Then feel into quiet what message wants to show up and wants to birth. Trust if it feels joyful to follow that path , even if you can’t see the way.
